Our personal training system is built around three progressive phases, created by highly qualified trainers with years of education, research, and experience. Programs run in three-week blocks, customized to your fitness goals and lifestyle, with the aim of improving your health, performance, and overall quality of life.

We proudly serve individuals of all ages and backgrounds—from children and athletes to professionals, seniors, prenatal/postnatal clients, and those recovering from injuries. Our approach has helped people across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman achieve their goals and go beyond what they thought possible.

Training Phases

After sign-up, you’ll begin with Phase 1, a three-week program focused on building a strong foundation. Each phase is structured to ensure continuous progress, with a full cycle lasting nine weeks. Many clients see significant results even after the first phase and are motivated to set new goals.

Fitness Assessment

Before starting, we conduct a detailed assessment to create a program tailored to your body type and objectives. This scientific evaluation helps track progress and ensures that every step moves you closer to your goals.

  • InBody Test: Measures key metrics such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, heart rate, and visceral fat.
  • Physical Fitness Test: Evaluates strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and cardiovascular capacity to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Postural Analysis: Identifies posture issues that may affect spinal health, with corrective strategies to restore alignment.
  • Lifestyle & Nutrition Review: Assesses your daily habits and eating patterns, then provides a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan with easy, effective strategies to stay consistent.
