Comprehensive Fitness Assessment
At Eman Fitness DBX, every client begins with a standard fitness assessment before starting our semi-personal 6×6 program. This allows us to design a personalized plan targeting your unique needs and lifestyle.

Assessment Frequency
You’ll complete three assessments throughout the six-week program to monitor progress and stay on track.

Training & Nutrition Program
The 6×6 program is divided into two levels, each with unique training and nutrition goals to keep you progressing effectively.
- Level 1: Weeks 1–3 with three trainer-led sessions
- Level 2: Weeks 4–6 with three trainer-led sessions
- Additional workouts provided to train 1–5 times per week
