Yes, you can! If your building gym permits personal trainers, our coaches will be happy to train you there. If not, we’ll recommend convenient alternative locations through Eman Fitness DBX to ensure your workouts stay consistent and effective.

Absolutely. We recommend pre-booking your sessions to secure your preferred time slots and avoid any scheduling conflicts. Booking ahead also helps you stay consistent, focused, and motivated on your fitness journey.

If you need to cancel a personal training session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we allow one free short-notice cancellation as a courtesy. After that, any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as a completed session.
